EAMES EXHIBITION

Design collateral takes cues from Ray and Charles Eames’ original architectural blueprints, tactile drawings, and the flowers, hands and other playful symbols found within. The color palette of rich terra cotta and sublime chartreuse is an ode to the pop colors of the couple’s furniture and their reverence for the natural spaces surrounding their indoor/outdoor structures. A bold use of type speaks to the endurance of the couple’s vision with energy and modernity, echoing the dynamic and innovative nature of their lasting contributions. Together, these elements form a cohesive and fresh framework for this modern retrospective show, honoring the artistry and craftsmanship that have shaped their enduring legacy.
